In 2025, the AWEMA team has realized one of the most impressive systems in our history: the Choc-Biscuit Multi Line, with a capacity of up to 1500 kg/h and 120 Choc-Biscuits per mould. Our expertise is increasingly in demand for very high production capacities, and in recent years, we have repeatedly proven that we have successfully established ourselves in this market segment.

How it works
- In the first step, the small chocolate bar is poured into the mold using the dosing machine, before it is vibrated and cooled.
- A second dosing machine applies several small dots onto the chocolate bar as a bonding element for the biscuit.
- A biscuit feeder places the biscuit onto the adhesive dots and the chocolate bar.
- A press compresses the chocolate bar, the adhesive dots, and the biscuit together.
- Finally, the Choc-Biscuits are demolded.
