UDM-111

The UDM-111 is a fully automated multi-piston depositing machine, specifically designed for small to medium production quantums (up to 800kg/h).

It allows the production of very thin-walled filled chocolate items, with a filling proportion of up to 80%. Masses from liquid to highly viscous texture as well as masses containing solid ingredients can be handled. Possibility to produce Triple- and Quadro-Shot articles with the same machine by installing a modification kit.

UDM 111-2 operates with 2-axis piston movement, whereas UDM 111-4 allows independent 4-axis piston movement for even greater depositing flexibility.
